Darren Blythe | Managing Director
Darren is the senior partner in Life Recruitment and is responsible for the direction and operational management of the company.
With a wealth of experience in the healthcare market, he also has had hands on experience within the mental health sector as a residential unit manager.
Darren was also the responsible individual for the Commission for Social Care Inspectors; this role has legal and moral implications within the UK and allowed Darren to operate a home care (domiciliary care) agency within the UK.
His experience in recruitment was gained from two highly respected healthcare agencies within the UK.
Darren enjoys the sales aspect of recruitment but is aware that the end product is the only aspect that means anything… a happy client and a satisfied worker.
Darren is a keen Formula One fan and is always happy to chat about the good old days of motor racing.
Anna Simpson | Finance Director
Anna is a senior partner in Life Recruitment and is responsible for the financial management of the company.
Anna has lived in London for the last 15 years and qualified ACCA in that time. She returns to New Zealand with a broad range of experience in the Leisure, Insurance, E-Commerce and Recruitment industries.
Relevant recruitment experience includes IT, Telecommunication and Healthcare sectors as financial controller.
Anna would like to get back to into some sport like squash and the odd run. She would also like to learn to sail properly, but with 2 small children and a business, it’s on hold for the time being…
